Very small restaurant indeed, charming French couple own. Wife (chef) comes out when you look at the menu and gives you more information on how she cooks it. Nice touch. Husband/man very attentive and likeable.
We had pastillas (2 chicken for wife & child 1, and one seafood for me) and a pasta with tomato and mince meat for child 2. Mine was nice enough, we've never had pastillas before and wife didn't like it at all, chicken with a sweet taste not for her at all - maybe she chose wrongly on reflection. Pasta and sauce looked anaemic and bland when it came, and tasted even blander. Not much evidence of meat at all and was eaten as a trial more than a treat.
Not a complaint, I think it just wasn't for us. But that pasta dish definitely needs a rethink or the elbow!
