Asmaa couldn’t do enough to please you, her service and attention to detail was excellent.

The traffic coming into town was mental, but hey, this is Morocco so get used to it. Once we found the riad, we brought our bags in and then went to park the car where suggested.

The room was very clean, the bed was very firm, but overall we were happy with our accomodation.

Asmaa offered suggestions for restaurants as we hadn’t replied to their email re dining in. We went to the Portuguese old town and had a nice and economical meal.

The breakfast was a tad different to what would be our norm, the offering was:
Juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, baguette and coffee to start, followed by what we know as a roti, but sweet and jams, then either fried eggs or omelette, though that really was fried eggs, broken & mixed up. This is where the baguette comes in handy.

Overall a very filling breakfast and an enjoyable stay.

This Riad is located just outside the medina which means that the small medina is less than a 5 minute walk and that the Riad is accessible by car with parking half a block away. The rooms are small, immaculate located in a lovely small home with a rooftop terrace and hot tub spa. The staff is super nice and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better place.

If you look for a quite and beautiful Ryad, this is the place, very closed to la cité portugaise and the Médina. We received a fantastic welcome and services from the staff, top 5 for them. Very good breakfast,we tried also the restaurant, also very good but a bit more expensive. only sad thing was that they could not offer the spa services anymore. Overall, a great experience, nice rooms and decorations, great staff and services.

The right choice for visitors who are searching for combination of charm, peace and quiet.it is in a convenient position situated in the old medina where everything is near you.the staff are attentive always available to offer any help to guests.there is a splendid terrace where i had my breakfast and dinner.and also another terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the city.we say every hotel has its own story but Riad la villa has unique story.all the services are offered.the wi-fi,tourists information....etc.great job guys, thank you so much.i'm sure i will be back soon.

this Riad is actually not a traditional Riad but a hotel. we got a free room upgrade which was nice but still found hair in the bathroom and had problems with the toilet flush. it is all very modern but lacks on atmosphere. be aware that there is no pool but a jacuzzi on the terrace, which you will have to pay for - we didn't know that and only saw that on the bill at the end. we were told that it is better to leave our car in an area where you'd have to pay - leaving it just outside beside the street was perfectly fine too. roof terrace is nice though
