Am staying here on a regular basis for business; like it very much.
Basic and clean; great view over the ocean and nice pool.
Staff is very helpful and friendly . restaurant is ok as well for breakfast as dinner. If you want to get good service for acceptable price; this is it.
Will go back again.
We stayed here for 2 nights! Our room was overlooking the views of the sea, rooms are basic and a bit tired but clean and it was all we needed! Wifi works well and air con was fine!
The only thing I would complain about is the barman.....We got a few drinks down at the bar and the barman was extremely rude and seemed angry about something! No service with a smile, not a great atmosphere but then we only went for 20minutes!
The hotel is in a good location right next to the beach and cafes.
The hotel is certainly clean but the rooms seem kind of old. The general facilities are nice. There's wifi, its right on the beach, nice breakfast. Nothing to write home about. If you're looking for a hotel experience, this is not your place.
We were here in March while on a tour of the area and the hotel is decent. Food is very good, staff friendly and facilities are very clean and we'll kept. Grounds too are well kept and secure.
Would return here again if the need arose.
We arrived late around 9pm checked in then went up to our room which was ice cold.
We then went to reception to ask for our heating to be checked only to be told there was no heating in the entire hotel and it was broken. When it is 2 degrees at night this is simply unacceptable. We asked for a portable heater only to be told there were none left. We asked to be moved to Ibis budget next door and were then told that all the heating in all the hotels in El Jadida was broken. After a ten minute discussion suddenly there was a heater available.
The restaurant food was average and very disappointing overall. We ate there twice plus breakfast one morning. The highlight was the bar and a very friendly, helpful, happy barman. Nice sheltered swimming pool area. Rooms are basic as is the hotel and El Jadida itself is nothing special.
