An enormous resort by dimensions , Las Vegas style. In fact they also do have a casino .
Many pools, restaurants, a beautiful golf along the Atlantic , attentive personal .
However check-in is unnecessary complicate and needs a lot of patience .
Rooms are already a bit used too much.

Amazing property out of a fairytale. Outstanding service by staff. Not outstanding maintenance and management attention prevents me to give them 5 star. Great breakfast menu and choices of restaurant for lunch and dinner. I stayed almost 12 weeks this year on this property. Wish they had a loyalty program and provide some sort of upgrade for frequent visitors.

We were looking for a bit of sunshine at Easter and our travel agent suggested we try the Mazagan. We wanted a resort with enough activities to keep us and our 4 boys, aged 18-4, busy doing things together. We surfed, built sandcastles, played in the pool, played mini-golf, spent time on the driving range, played 9 holes of golf, went paint-balling, rode the go-karts many times, cycled, climbed up the climbing wall, went horse riding & ate lots!!! The wonderful concierge went above and beyond to arrange a trip to Marrakech for my son and I at really short notice that was a wonderful addition to the holiday. I would recommend trying all the restaurants but make sure you find out which nights that are open and book ahead. Both the Seafood and Steak restaurants were amazing but the variety at the buffet restaurant was also great, especially for the kids who ate crepes for breakfast and dinner. We also enjoyed the food served around the pool. This comes with all the trappings of a 5-Star hotel of attentive staff, great house-keeping & lots to do. The only negative we felt was that some of the activities should be included within the price of the room as everything was an extra, and the amount of forms to fill our for each activity is way too much. It ticked all the boxes for us.

Well staffed, clean, courteous English speaking staff with excellent casino.Rooms are clean although you may have a long walk to the ocean view rooms.Food was lavish. The spa is unbelievable and large with ocean views ands with PHENOMENAL trainers. The hair salon people are poorly trained.

Another lovely holiday at Mazagan. Staff very helpful. Lots of activities. Pool and beach are lovely. Chouaib was as helpful as usual. Always wearing a smile and funny. Another great touch was having your sunglasses cleaned around the pool. It's all these little things that make a difference. The cycle ride with a group of visitors with Chouaib to the farm was fun.
The hotel is well worth a visit.

Incredible experience, everything was just perfect! We were stunned by the service more than anything else. Waiters and waitresses were on top of their jobs: "avec grand plaisir" at each and any requests. A special note to Laila, the waitress of the Moroccan restaurant Morjana, she was super professional and so nice and friendly, as well as Mr Hassan, the valet who took such good care of us and our kids, the nicest valet ever! And last but not least, the Kids Corner staff was amazing. Our kids, 7 and 9, just loved attending the club. The educators there were also so customer-service oriented, really really double thumbs up for them, their patience and enthusiasm!
Not to say that I just loved the architecture and the design in all the different areas of the resort. Great job!
