We loved the foods and drinks especially the "jagung parut" but for the foods it little bit pricy. The environment is good because it near the beach, you can feel the wind blow.

was here by chance and it make me wonder the new meaning of ICT ( Ikan celup tepung... fish dipped in batter). There were wide selection of batter based food esp fish, prawn, squids and kerepok lekor ( our favarites). Seats always full and occupied so keep your eyes open for empty seats esp if you coming with large number of people. Taste great and it is something you ( or we ) wanted to repeat again and again. We have tried other places and it do not taste as tasty as Pok Long ICT. Slightly higher price than other places. The sause for dipping may be the secret...???definately not a five star coffee house but a great place to hang out if you dont mind a crowded place. Highly recommended..come early to avoid disaapointment.

The place starts operation at 2.15 pm.
I arrived earlier and waited a bit so there wasn't too many people. Tried pari (stingray) celup tepung, udang (prawn), another fish (I don't know the name) with orange (cordial) and coconut drinks at only RM 22.

Tarpao some crispy sausages and crab meat on sticks (only RM1/stick) for the road.

This is a must-visit if you love fried, crunchy food.

ICT means ikan celup tepung which is fish fried in batter. it not only sell fish, but squid and prawns as well. It is a great place to hang out with friends and family for an evening tea break - malaysian style. A plate of squid and prawns is only RM6. The fried fish tasted so fresh, nice and jucy. They also sell jagung parut which consists of shaved ice with evaporated milk, sugar syrup, cream corn, ice cream, topped with chopped nuts.
