Amazing tour service with Alex John of the Youniq Hotel Taxi Service. He knew Kuala Lumpur in and out and took us around Putrajaya, Merdeka Square, Bukit Bintang Street, KL Tower, Batu Caves, Petronas Towers and KLCC all within a day's time for our limited stay. He took us to all the great spots for photos, food, tea, and shopping as well. We were so happy to have such an expert guide. I highly recommend anyone visiting to take advantage of this tour service.

I have used YouniQ whenever I had to go early to KLIA. The rooms are basic, nothing to enthuse about. After many years some of the fixtures are broken, There are inexpensive food outlets nearby, open all hours. Transport from the airport is 2 hours apart. Transport to the airport is hourly. Saff performance varies. Recently Ain at reception was pretty good. She ensured that the driver picked me up. Check in was smooth.

a budget hotel for a few hours quick rest. i had a 7 hr stop over at klia2 and hence chose this one. its a 15- 20 min drive from the airport. basic facilities, very small room but good ac. private washroom was fine with hot water. room had a kettle & free coffee. every floor has a free drinking water dispenser. hotel has elevators but no arrangement for food. the next door basic restaurant serves nice chicken fried rice, fried chicken, mutton and rotis. very helpful reception staff. gladly kept my luggage in the ground floor storage. hotel has own minivans for paid airport transfers.
Good hotel, very basic but very clean. Small rooms but they have everything you need for 1 or 2 nights close to the airport. Hotel offer an airport shuttle drop off and pick up for a very small price which was very convenient for us. Overall good value for money for a 1 night hotel stop over on our way to Bangkok.
Clean and very comfort hotel. design of the room its like the name of this hotel,‘Youniq’. Its make you more comfortable. They have Suuuppeeeeerrrrrr friendly staff, even i was check in at 11.00 PM, they welcoming me with a BIG smile. And one more thing, they have shuttle service! Its cost 5,5 MYR per person, even they can pick you up at 11.00 PM. Very Satisfied. *TWO THUMBS UP*
