“Excellent quality at a competitive price”

This is our third stay at the Eastin and it is now our preferred KL hotel. Everything is reasonably priced, even the walk-in rate but you can get same day bargains by booking online. The rooms are of a very high standard and well equipped - the beds and pillows ensure a comfortable sleep and housekeeping are attentive and prompt. It is not too far from KL centre and is strategically located with good road communications and very convenient for local services by car or taxi. You do not need to stay in Bukit Bintang and pay tourist prices for lower quality to enjoy KL and its environs. Eastin never disappoints.

This is n-times i stayed at this hotel, i have good experience bf this stayed and this stay will be last time.

Reasons:

1. Take about 15 mins to check in VS 1 min check out process.

2. First given room is dirty and stinky smell "EXECUTIVE DELUXE" (room no. 1227). The room was dark and bad smell. And the layout was not as see in hotel website.

3. When i called to receptionist, they told me today room is full so they will send a staff to check. And there are nobody turn up after 20 mins.

4. I called them again and they told me the room layout for all EXECUTIVE DELUXE is same, And they are try to CHEAT me as they do not notice i have stayed for n times before.

5. I walk to the hotel lobby, once they saw me, they just very quickly assign me to another room. It show that they are knowing i know the truth and the paper are unable to cover the fire. And it prove that the room was not full, and they just want me to stay at that "Special" Room.

6. After transfer to another room for an hours time, there are another room service staff knock my door and request to check for Minibar items. I think they should check the room before guest entry. Its is very disturb on guest privacy.

Conclusion:

1. Don't judge the book b cover. Mgmt shd take note on this. There are more customers will leaving you.
2. Please do not try to cheat customer. They are your hotel income.

It's hard to get a hotel with such a great service at this price at this prime location. Eastin is well maintained and has professional staff serving the customers.

I was on breastfeeding and arrived earlier. They allowed me for early check-in even though their rooms were full at the beginning. They were helping to store the breastmilk in freezer & chiller too as per my request.

The Japanese restaurant at level 1 is good.

The price is relatively economy compared to other hotels in PJ and you can't another one like Eastin in PJ. Just paying a little more, you enjoy much better compare to those budget hotels.

A business hotel that cater for the need for business traveller.

Good wifi connectivity, clean room.

The bathroom seem alittle old with rust appearing on its corner, hair dryer is a little too small for female traveller. Other than that it is still good.

The first day - I experienced internet connectivity issue - the wireless connectivity ranged from fair (3 bars out of 5) and good (4 bars out of 5).

I raised this issue with the hotel and had no problem on the second day.

The amenities in the room were average at best - I did not have a toothbrush on the first day and was told by the chambermaid gentleman (who appeared hardly able to understand English) that the hotel does not provide any.

I had to got o a convenience store to purchase one.

It shall be nice to have body lotion to apply in an airconditioned environment.

Room Tip: none to share as it was my first stay

I am sorry you faced an issue with internet connectivity on the first day but am happy to note that it was fixed and not a problem thereafter.

Additional amenities such as toothbrush and body lotion are available on request from the Housekeeping Department or through the Front Desk . Your request may be conveyed to the Assistant Manager on Duty who will be able to offer assistance.

I hope your travel plans will bring you back to Kuala Lumpur soon and that you will choose to stay with us again .

Everything was great. The twin sharing room was clean. Beds are comfortable with clean linen. Self adjust air conditioning control. However small issue with hair dryer, it was malfunction. Overall was a pleasant stay. Will definitely come back.

Nice hotel with large and pleasant rooms. Good breakfast selection. Helpful and pleasant staff despite some challenges with an in-room power failure (it was attended to and corrected quickly). The pool area is lovely though unattended. Only drawback is location -- relatively few walkable dining options with many closed on weekends.
