We went to the old part of the museum and while downstairs was full of very old and dusty stuffed animals it did give an indication of the variety of wildlife. Upstairs was a good exhibition of a longhouse and some history of Borneo in general. We also went over the road via the bridge to the museum where there was a ceramic display - worthwhile. There was also an excellent small shop near the entrance to the ceramics where we had lunch and also bought some lovely silk scarves and beads.
