This restaurant at first glance looks upmarket.
It's expensive for Malaysia. You'll pay 8 MYR for a coke plus 10 percent tax which is usually 2 MYR at a shop or 4 MYR at a good restaurant.
We ordered our meals and waited an hour to get them.
Initially they put an entree of wedges on our table that we didn't order. They then took it back and gave it to a further 2 tables until they located where it should go.
I had ordered calamari which comes with wedges so I presumed it was part of my meal and ate some. So this entree I had touched was given to someone else - appalling.
I got half of my main meal. I had to ask the staff for the rest of it.
My travel companion is vegetarian and asked for the carbonara pasta without chicken. She got her meal well after I had finished mine.
They had hand picked out the chicken from her pasta sauce. On giving it to her she found 2 pieces of chicken still in it. This was completely shocking. The only person who apologised was the cashier after i refused to pay for the chicken dish as it could not be eaten.
I'm shocked that an expensive restaurant like this would pretend a meal was vegetarian when it wasn't.
We then went to the nearby food court area where they sell very cheap meals. The service was much better.
The manager at this restaurant should be ashamed of the way the restaurant is run.
