A place where you can see Orang Utan more close..that's not much you can see in this wildlife center but its worth for MYR10..after visit this place the ticket still can be use for entering Kubah National Park..just a few kilometers from the enclosure..if you are an animal lovers its worth to visit..:)

For RM10 you will discover some animals in their own habitat. The animal trail can be covered in 30-45minutes depends on your speed. I did enjoy seeing the animals but it quite sad to see the orang utans in the cage. However its for the public safety since there are few incidents of orang utan attacks. We visit the place around 3.30pm and its quite hot even we passing thru the jungle.

We saw some baby orangoutangs there, but unfortunately there was a loose deer on the property, and we couldn't see everything. We could have come back on another day on the same ticket, but didn't make it. Pretty hot, so go early.

Didn't like the wsy the orangutangs were caged up glad we saw them the day before in the natural habitat as it was upsetting.

(Visiting as tourist and not a volunteer.). This animal rehab centre is quite, peaceful and informative. We visited this after a trip to the border market and I think this place does not merit a visit on its own. That said, the grounds are cool enough even in the mid-day as the trails to the animal enclosures are shaded. We managed to glimpse at the training of orang utans. This is not a zoo and as such, your expectations should be tempered accordingly. The trails are suitable for young kids (5 above) but do bring your anti mosquito repellent. Food and drink available outside the centre but recommended that you bring your own.
