the Dyak restaurant is a bit away from the center of town but the food was worth the travel. We were looking specifically for fermented Durian dish and we were not disappointed. we also tried the sweet potato leaves and special fern dishes, plus special three layered pork. The dessert was the vanilla icecream with fermented rice and rice wine poured on top. Overall, a good meal with interesting flavours. Some of the herbs and especially fermented durian (Tempoyak) were flavours that we have never tasted before.
