Great hotel with large and comfortable rooms. Soft bed, large bathroom, and especially on the upper floors a fantastic view of Kuching (we were on the 15th floor)! We found it also very comfortable that the rooms were kept to a temperature where you didn’t have to turn on the airconditioning at night.

The hotel is centrally located: waterfront, shops, restaurants and bus terminal (to visit e.g. Semingoh Orangutan Rehabilitation Center) on walking distance.

Staff is friendly and genuinely interested in you and your travels. They try to serve you as good as they can. We left an adaptor behind in the room when we checked out, but after a short e-mail housekeeping retrieved the adaptor from the room and gave it back when we returned to Pullman.

Nowadays we expect unlimited internet access in the hotels, in the lobby or in the rooms. Pullman offers you free wifi in the lobby, but it works with one hour access codes only. After one hour you have to enter a new password to regain access. In the rooms Pullman offers you one hour complementary internet with a cable. So although internet is available, the entering of the passwords and codes is a bit of a hurdle.

Definitely worth a stay while in Kuching!

Stayed for 6 days for a work trip during the Rainforest World Music Festival. The hotel is brand new, so everything is spic & span. The rooms are huge, comes with a bathtub and rain shower.
The pool is so-so. Best part is the location. The building is actually part of the Hills shopping mall. 5 minutes walk to all the good food (Kolo Mee and best Laksa Sarawak in Town) 10 minutes walk to the iconic Kuching Riverside where you can get all your souvenirs from. The breakfast is pretty good too, alot of choices. I got a good deal for the Deluxe room through AGODA. Very cheap.

Room Tip: Buy rooms through AGODA, early. There's always a room promotion.

This is the ONLY hotel you should consider when you're staying in Kuching. Beautiful looking hotel, spacious lobby, excellent cafe(the cakes and cookies are among the best) and free wifi at the lobby.
The hotel is located next/adjoined to Hilils Shopping Mall, parking is plenty there.
We stayted at a Deluxe king room. it's a beautiful spacious room and bathroom with a horizon view of kuching city. The bed is VERY comfy, I could sleep on it the whole day(comes with 6 pillows)

If there is any pullman in any city I could find, I'd stay there. It's one of the best 4 star hotels around at reasonable rates.
