Was very happy with the Hotel, staff were very helpful and the meals were great. One downside was that the pool was closed. It is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest shopping centre, Centre Plaza, and you do have to cross a busy road.

Room Tip: Make sure you pick a non-smoking floor.

Put up at this hotel for an overnight stay during a delayed flight. Hotel is located about 10 mins drive from the airport. Hotel common areas are fairly dated, didn't check out any of the amenities - but the hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. Rooms are have all the necessities but are old. There is a shower over bath with minimal water pressure. Just ok for a quick overnight, woulnd't want to stay there too much longer.

Located behind equally tall buildings housing banks, this hotel is not easily visible. Rooms are adequate for most travellers but the location is not ideal for those not coming in their own vehicles. There is no shop and food court nearby. To reach the nearest shop requires about 10 to 20 minutes walk along busy roads. Facilities are okay. Friendly staffs. It has basement parking. Foods are typically Malaysian. Rates are reasonable too.

The hotel is good value for money. The hotel is on the older side but less expensive than other hotels we priced. Ageing more noticeable around the bath/shower, but clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Staff tourist advice helpful too.

The buffet breakfast had a good selection, with inside seating only. The canal was only viewable if you stepped outside the breakfast area.

The only disappointment was the lack of a usable pool. The pool was closed for maintenance and the hotel has no recipricol arrangement with other hotels for guests to use their facilities. A pool really is a must for tourists not used to the heat!

I would say the hotel is at the 'wrong' side of the city grid but within a 10-15 minute walk to our favourite shopping centre (Centre Point). We often walked into town and caught the taxi back. Taxis cheap and easy to find. I would not recommend walking to a family with young children, as you have to navigate the roads (not all 'walk' signals work) and there are stormwater drains running paralell to many footpaths (like concrete pits 2-4 feet deep).

We were put here by our travel company and were disgusted. The place is old and dirty. The breakfast buffet overlooks a rubbish strewn canal with raw sewerage leaking into it.
The actual hotel is built virtually on a median strip in the middle of 3 inter connecting freeways. Walking anywhere was I possible due to traffic.
We checked out after one night and relocated to a different resort.
