“Excellent meal”
Reviewed April 20, 2014

Had our pick of tables when we arrived at 6:30 but the restaurant had filled up by the time we were done an hour later.

Plenty of choices on the menu. We chose Tandoor lamb kebabs, Lobster curry, dahl, rice and naan. All was very tasty and the Lobster was one of the best curries I’ve ever had – lots of meaty well cooked lobster in a rich curry with just enough spice. The Dahl Makhani was very good as well.

Service was very good – prompt and pleasant.

Total cost was 260 Ringits including food, drinks and service – about $90 AUD and similar to what we’d pay in an Indian Restaurant in Melbourne.

Enjoyed it so much we booked another night as we left. Highly recommended while you’re at Rasa Ria.

“Good food but expensive”
Reviewed April 16, 2014

Good Indian food quality but pricey for Malaysian standards. They had a large group in the night we were there which did give us a slow and non-attentive service.

“Staff overwhelmed”
Reviewed April 5, 2014

The food here was delicious. The problem was the restaurant was full. There was a group of 50 there who were particularly demanding and they took up most of the staffs time. We had to chase the staff up several times for attention. The hotel needs to address this. I would give a 5/5 for the food but the service was lacking. Shame because the food was brilliant.

“Great Indian food and service - worth experiencing”
Reviewed March 30, 2014 via mobile

Good range of Indian food on offer with the resort's usual high standard of service to match. Seating is available indoors and outdoors. As we had just arrived we were unaware of having to make a reservation, but the welcome was friendly and we were quickly seated at a table outside.

Outside tables were charming but next to a corridor with a waist height wall, so we had lots of passing guests and their children walking/running past. Aside from this slight niggle we had an enjoyable meal that was presented well and flavoursome.

As with the rest of the resort, prices aren't cheap but we left satisfied having enjoyed a great meal delivered by efficient and friendly staff.
