This island is the smallest of the main islands with not much but a big rain forest, sand and beach. But although the scenery isn't much, the snorkelling is nice, it doesn't get to deep and there are schools of fish mostly everywhere. The food was very Malaysian and Chinese all being cooked on a BBQ, so that wasn't too special but there is lots to do such as banana boating, flying fish, diving and paragliding all for reasonable prices. You can pay for snorkels and meal deals when you are at the jetty and they are very accommodating for large or small groups of people. But the most fun and anticipating part of the day was the boat ride as the waters can be quite choppy and the boat bumps up and down considerably. So if you get sea sick easily going the islands aren't the best choice for you.

I loved how snorkeling is possible from any point but seriously too many chinese tourists!!! They were gone by 3pm though,..so if you don't like big tourist groups, go there in the afternoon and take the last ferry out at 5pm to enjoy the peacefulness of the island

Nice island to spend a day of the beach. Quite small 2 white sand beaches, good for snorkeling. Can be a bit boring for experienced divers. Easy access, 15 min boat ride from KK jetty, with the boats leaving every 30 mins. Island is mainly for snorkelers and divers, so do not expect any sunbeds :) Traditional food buffet available and a cafeteria, which can be very busy during the peak hours and you might wait for your order for 40-60 mins.

Fast boat ride from KK delivers you to another low key resort, cheap simple food, great fish to swim with, good beaches. Boat pick up arrangements a bit chaotic.

We liked Sapi most of all islands in marine park. It has big white sand beach and wide swimming zone in the sea. Good place for snorkeling. There is canteen in the island with tasty and not expensive food. Beware of big lizards on the beach! They are not dangerous if you don't disturb them.
