The great thing about the climbing wall is that it's a good place to spend a few hours. Most of the attractions in Sabah are all day or multiple day trips. You can fit the climbing wall in at the end of a long lazy day by your pool. Or before you go off and do things. And because it's indoor, you can do it on the sunniest and the wettest days of the year.

It's about RM20 per person including your gear and instructor if you need one. You can climb for as long as you like for that, so if there's a group of you, you can easily spend several hours here. They have children's gear as well as adults, so you can take your kids too. There is a disclaimer if your children are under 6, but there are lots of kids climbing regardless.

If you're already a climber there are several extremely challenging routes and a small bouldering wall. If you've never climbed before there are some nice gentle slopes to get you started and an instructor on hand to talk you through it.

The stadium is about a 40minute walk from town if you don't dawdle. Or a RM15 taxi ride. Or you can catch a purple bus from the Wawasan terminal for RM1. It's hidden behind the carpark.

“Professional, Safe, Fun--great addition to KK”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 28, 2012

I am so thrilled that there is something like this in KK!!! The staff are amazing and helpful! The wall has all different levels of difficulty--so beginners and experienced climbers can enjoy themselves. There is also a running track around the climbing wall, so you can combine it with other exercise! Well built, excellent staff, something new to the area and fantastic amenities! Be sure to check this out!

“Great fun!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 25, 2012

This is an awesome place to spend an afternoon if you're a active person. The area is nicely isolated away from the city so it's a pretty quiet and relaxing area unless there's a crowd. There's a jogging track around the place so it can get crowded on afternoons.
There are plenty of walls for you to choose from - walls for beginners to experts. The staff on-site are friendly and helpful and will not hesitate to assist. A great hang-out place! Can get extremely sunny and hot tho, but the wall areas are shaded so no worries.
