For a hostel, it's pretty good. We had a double room with air co, and we were very comfortable. The bathroom on our floor didn't work, so we had to use the one downstairs, but it was fine since the place was not busy.
You pay extra if you want a blanket or extra towels, but this was never told to me during the booking process. I don't like when places spring extra charges on.
Service was lacking. It was the same guy for most of our two nights there, and he barely spoke English. He could not answer basic questions about public transportation.
Also, before arrival, I was emailing regarding tours, and they said to speak to a certain individual when I checked in, but he was nowhere to be found. Front desk staff said, he'll be here in 10 mins, so we went and settled in to the room. When we came back 15-20 mins later, the front desk staff said another 20mins. I was disappointed, as that was why I emailed ahead. We ended up figuring everything out on our own.
