The Kundasang War memorial is a must see if you ever reach Kundasang. It is build to commemorate the brave Australian and British Prisoners of War who died in Sandakan and during the infamous death marches to Ranau during World War II.
It's also one of places to take picturesque photo's and actually kinda romantic. Whenever I stop by at Kundasang, I never missed this place.
Location is on top of the small hill just behind the shops. Ticket price for local is RM2, and RM10 for foreigner.
