This mosque is a prominent structure if you are driving into Putrajaya, you can’t miss it. The architecture is beautiful – do spend sometime admiring it and capturing it on camera.

The mosque welcomes visitors. However, ladies who are not appropriately dressed will need to wear a robe. Visitors are not allowed to roam freely in the mosque as some portions will be cordoned off. However, the are places for visitors to view the inside of the mosque.

I'm staying in Putrajaya. There are lots of attraction here. But the most & must visit place is this, even you don't any longer time to stay, this is the only place you cannot miss. Great view all the time. During evening & night time, lots of activities in front of the mosque...from kids, teen, youths to the older people.
Just next to very nice food court, Souq shopping place for souvenirs, kids playground & Putrajaya Lake Cruise.

The best time is in the evening and to capture the sunset beside it. You can get a good sunset with the background of the mosque too at 7pm. As I was driving out of here and then I stopped to take photo as the view is really beautiful.

There's 2 mosques along the river in Putrajaya. This is a review for the Putrajaya Mosque near where you'd catch the ferry from . While we didn't go into the actual mosque we did go past it on the river cruise. It looked nice during the day, but it looked amazing at night time.
We did go back later to do the tour of the inside but unfortunately we went at a time it was closed and didn't get to see inside. If you're keen on seeing inside ask the staff at the gate what times it's available for tourists and a tip: put your shoes somewhere you'll be able to find them after. There were hundreds, if not thousands of shoes out the front.
The other mosque would definitely be worth checking out too. The tour guide on the river cruise was explaining white mosque has a state of the art air con system which sounded very interesting.
