From the Reception Counter, to the staff I met in the lift, or the corridor leading to my room, the service was extremely friendly and courteous. The lobby was smoke-free, which meant a lot to me. The proximity to the shopping mall belonging to the same establishment was also a plus factor.

I stayed at the Sunway for 2 weeks on a recent business trip, I had stayed here many years ago and since my last trip the hotel had been nicely refurbished, with a more contemporary look.

The room was a good size with comfortable furniture and bed, the room also had a large desk area that was useful. The bathroom was immaculately clean with a big selection of toiletries and care items. The free WiFi was available throughout the hotel.

The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet with a large selection of eastern and western foods. On the evenings that I had eaten at the hotel the service and food was always great from either the special evening buffet selections or the al a carte menu.

Overall a very good hotel with fine service from the staff, a great value for the price. If I ever have to return to the area I would stay here again.
