Nice new Hotel in great lo

This hotel was opened in 2015 . Super views from bedroom and roof top swimming pools ,check in was easy by really efficient smart guys at reception, rooms were clean and well maintained , nice easy chair with foot stool in bedroom. Excellent shower with adequate toiletries. Breakfast was good, the only down side at the hotel was the poor management at the restaurant we decided to try both a lunch and a dinner at the hotel it was slow and made mistakes with the order the breakfast dishes were slow to be replenished when busy , waited 20 minutes for fruit was given excuses regarding preparing the fruit. Would certainly recommend this hotel and when back in Penang would return.

Room tip: All rooms have view of Georgetown the high the better

Excellent stay

We have spent torre 3 during our trip in Malesia. The staff is nice, the rooms are comfortable and everything was well! I would recommend if for a short stay like hours, or even for a longer one, thank you neo + for making our stay!

Neo+++++++++

Very good clean hotel with helpful staff swimming pool also outside areas are quite dirty but out of hotels control many shops bars money exchangers in vicinity like 4* hotel could do with better channels

Nice hotel kind staff

Nice hotel good location (Very near to the Komtar).
The staff is kind.
The should improve the equipment in the gym.
There is a swimming pool on the roof but it is small and it closes at 8 P. M.
It would be better if they could keep it open even at night
