Experiences stayed twice - In Dec 2011 & Jan 2012 with a family;; booked Premier Suite.First experiences faulty air-cond and the water coming down and watery the floor; not suitable for expensive room.
Finally they gave us a different room instead going upstair at 9.30pm. Very troublesome for we got to moved out with our baggages & we really felt cheated.paying extra but not up to the standard. Second time stayed in Premier Suite ;the same old air-cond faulty problem; only few minutes on and then suddenly not functioning. Same problem; got to switich on to different up stair. Poor management & maintenance.. Parking lot to short for big car. Entrance out - no parking signboard display should put up in front so that no vehicle must obstruct the way out. Good food. The staff helpful Front Office - . A signboard in frontt office should display - must wear shirt .But instead; just swimming suite look ugly & not wearing a shirt;; especially male adult. Hotel management must advise them to properly dressed .Before you check in this hotel ;make sure everything in the room is tip top;otherwise you will face the same problem like me.Look for other hotel before you decided on this hotel.Not recommendedMore
