In my opinion it's a must visit when in Georgetown. Check the opening hours as there are only guided tours for non-guests. You'll be treated with a very informative history of the founder of this mansion. Our guide - a smiley lady - gave a funny guiding show when presenting the mansion. The property is beautiful, with blue colour providing much of the ambience. Remember that during the tour you're not allowed to take photos so look around and just enjoy. Take the charm of the place in your memory.

worth to see when making a Georgetown visit loop, original and nice ornaments on the house.
Access limited for the tourists to few guided entries. unfortunately noone is working on renovsation of the all other buildings nearby are so this beautiful house looks like pearl in the mud.
no parking, set of bars in the vinicity.

Check out the tour timing so that you can get in and follow the tour to really enjoy the place. It is not as well maintained as the Khoo Kongsi but the history make it a better choice than Khoo. It is a big mansion and there are stairs to climb so be prepared to do some walking around andstanding while the guide tells the story.

This bright blue mansion is filled with so much history. We took the tour which was extremely informative. It was given by a very friendly lady who spoke fluent English. The grounds are quite lovely. You can tell the mansion was built with a lot of luxurious details in mind. I felt that this was not only a lovely sight to see but also a very education one with the tour as well.
