“Light Western meals”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 3, 2013

This place is very pop among tourists. I loved the simple but creative decor. The menu is a bit limited. But the food is fresh and tasty. We had cheese/ salmon and turkey ham/ jam bagels. Both were very good. I highly recommend the orange juice. It's natural/
I also tried gulamelaka jack fruit yogurt. The flavor is a mix of sweet and sour. Different but good.
We also bought some bread from the bakery. Banana bread is delicious and cheap. The guy that works there is a little rude.

“Must try yogurt”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 1, 2013

The yogurt is very good, and chocolate cherry cake also not bad. Just that they have limited cakes on different days. The chamomile is definitely the best I had before. The food is serve fast cause did not order bagel. Have to wait very long before can take the picture with the shop signature at the back inside the cafe.

“Nice Bagel”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 1, 2013

Bagel (bacon & egg) and yoghurt are nice. But waiting time is 25mins!! Seats were uncomfortable, staff was not-so-polite.

“Best bagels in town!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 30, 2013

We stayed in Georgetown for 6 days and probably had breakfast here 5 of those days. They were probably the best bagels I've ever had and definitely the best coffee I have had in Malaysia. It does get busy and food might take a bit longer but its worth the wait for a nice fresh meal. It's also very amusing to sit in the back and watch people taking mugshot photos. Would definitely recommend.

“My best cup of coffee in Georgetown”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 26, 2013

Delicious coffee and delicious bagels to be had here. Located right near the entrance to Love Lane off Chulia (same side as the 7/11, but on the other side of Love Lane), it gets busy there in the mornings and afternoons for good reason. A keen eye for design and a deft hand with the coffee press makes this place a great visit.

I had the corned beef bagel, which was salty, but very good, and my girlfriend got the classic bagel and cream cheese. Obviously, with anything Western, local prices do not apply. With that said, however, we're definitely budget travelers, and it was easily worth it for us. Nothing that will break the bank, no matter who's bank it is.
