“Too expensive for adults”
Reviewed June 24, 2013

We recently visited the Toy Museum whilst in Penang. We thought it was ok but it was very expensive for what it was. We didn't get a guide or anything it was just wondering around on your own. It would of been nice if the big things were out of plastic boxes so you could get good photos with the characters.

I think some children would be bored here though as unless you born before the early 90's I doubt they would know some of the pieces of the collection.

“Back In Time”
Reviewed June 19, 2013

Found this 'museum' while trying to hunt for wall murals. No regret entering the place. Is pretty similar to the one in singapore (children little toy museum).
The owner is really friendly. he showed us around the first floor and demonstrated some of the toys. he even surprised us with some of the remote toys. this is the only museum that i know so far that actually allows you to play/touch some of their toys.

“Vintage lovliness”

Stumbled across this by chance, the owner was really friendly and passionate. You can play with some of the toys and marvel at others. Such a bargain at 6rm for an adult. Really quirky and fun

“A trip back in time”
Reviewed May 29, 2013

Found this little place to visit via trip advisor, was a little gem hidden in Penang, we were lucky enough to speak with Ben himself who is a lovey bloke who is passionate about his "hobby", his son was also working at the shop that day and was very welcoming and their knowledge of their toys was brilliant.
