We booked this hotel online and thought it would be a good experience for us since this hotel is quite new with a reasonable room rate. Unfortunately, we were wrong ! On our first night, we were given a room (room 206) with a choked, unserviceable toilet that could not flush properly. We requested to change another room but was told the hotel was fully occupied. We had to put up with that bad toilet bowl for 2 nights. In the end, we were surprised that the hotel reception told us to use the public toilet in order to solve our problem. Later on, we discovered that the hotel has a few rooms with such bad conditions but they still try to disguise the problem and rent them out. We felt cheated and disgusted. When finally the reception gave us another room on our 3rd day (room 219), the air-con was noisy and the electricity always seemed to trip at night. We felt very unsafe as it was dangerous to stay in such rooms for fear of electricity short circuit. No electrician or plumber came or inspected during our entire stay duration and we wonder how the hotel could go on their daily business renting out the rooms in this dire condition. There was no F&B outlet or swimming pool in the hotel. We really think the hotel has lots to improve in order to catch up with other new hotel standards in the vicinity.
