“Excellent and fun introduction to Penang”
Reviewed February 27, 2013

Visiting the cultural and gastronomic highlights of Penang by bike with Ken was one of the highlights during our recent visit to Penang. Having a knowledgeable guide to put it all in context made it all the better. Interspersing visits to cultural and historical sites with stops at local restaurants to taste some of the wonderful food of Indian, Malay, and Chinese origin (which Penang is justifiably famous for) is a great idea and was much appreciated by our group. The five-year old girls loved their trip through town on a trishaw with a most friendly rickshaw driver.

Once we had this tour, we knew where we could go back to further explore and eat, which we did.

Highly recommend this trip, and recommend it as one of the first stops on your trip. It is personable, informative, and fun.

“The best possible way to experience Penang”
Reviewed February 15, 2013

It's difficult to know where to go first in Penang, so not only was the bike tour informative and a lot of fun, but it helped us to get a great overview of the best places to see. We were taken to the best places to eat, and told the stories behind the many temples and architecture along the way. Ken is so passionate and entertaining, we learnt so much and had a fantastic day.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Metro Bike tours, and you can be assured that Ken will take good care of you!

“Great cycle, history and gastronomy tour!”
Reviewed February 3, 2013 via mobile

4 of us conviently met Ken at the cruise terminal and he set us up with comfortable bikes, helmets and safety vests. He took us on a historical tour of George Town with multiple stops for Hawker food that was absolutely delicious. We wove our way through the quieter streets and had no worries about safety. It was a delightful way to spend the morning avoiding a big bus shore excursion. This historical and gastronomic tour of Georgetown, Penang is not to be missed. Book with him on line because the cruise ships have not discovered this superb excursion.

“I have seen new places and have got new nice friend!!”
Reviewed December 26, 2012

I went to Penang as a family trip, there were 4 persons and we took trishaw to get around.
All uncles rider are nice and friendly, they tried to communicate and entertain us very well.
We were satisfied with Ken's skills to explain, tell each place history to be very interesting!
As for me,if you are thinking about price and what valuable will you get..I would say you his programme is great fun and reasonable price. Everything ran flexible and easy,we could ask for activities we liked to try which is hard in general tour package.

Then we have got Ken to be our friend, help us sort the easiest way to tour around Penang and Lungawi. Not only want to do business but give the truth :)

“Excellent, don't miss this if you go to Penang”
Reviewed December 20, 2012

The bike tour was a splendid and unique way to experience Georgetown and bask in the rich history it beholds. We experienced the city in a whole new light which would not have happened if not for the tour. Our enthusiastic tour guide Ken, was inspiring. He made the rather educational bike tour all the more entertaining.
