I would rate this among my favorite meals in the last year or so.
I am very glad we found this place and intend to return at least once this trip (this is extremely rare for me, as I like to try as many and varied places as possible in a new city).
We were warned it would be busy, it was an understatement. Luckily we arrived in a lull which meant the wait for a table wasn't hideous. But after being seated it became obvious chance was on our side as the line grew and grew while we ate.
But even if you wait an hour to sit it is worth it!
We ordered far too much and couldn't finish half of it, but everything they brought to the table was excellent (mixed vegetables excluded. This was suggested at the start by the waiter and I think it was done so assuming we would not likely enjoy some of the more classic dishes).
Try the braised pork trotters with mushrooms; sweet but loaded with flavor and seasoned flawlessly.
Duck with Ginger a winner. And absolutely order the prawns in tamarind, in fact get two serves and a cold beer, you'll be wrapped you did!
