1. We need to ask 3x for our coffee and tea
2. In front at stall, the staff did not offer their foods
3. Clean is one big issue.. (found the plate is dirty, the table is not clean after the last guest)
4. The staffs are not trained properly (no smile, no greetings, no farewell, not giving the best solution)
It is a shame, for such restaurant under E &O hotel management
