We spent three nights and really could not fault it. The building is interesting with the rooms all coming off a main corridor. I cant comment on the lifts as we had a ground floor room. Friendly staff who always said hello if we passed them either in reception at the pool or anywhere in the complex.
The rooms are clean. Well set out and the only complaint I would have was there was no replacement soap left when they cleaned the rooms. Two bottles of drinking water left per day and there is also a fountain where filtered water is provided. Kettle, tea and coffee that were topped up everyday.
Pool area well kept and the pool was really clean when we were there, a real bonus for the price we paid 110 rm a night.
The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from Chulia Road and we saw this as a bonus, it was away from all the tourists so a bit quieter. The 101 bus drops off near the hotel but with the one way streets we never saw how to get back so just walked.
The hotel is also surrounded by a huge variety of local eating of all different varieties.
Definitely would return if we were there again.
