The overall visit of the hotel was a pleasant and comfortable. The no frills amenities provide an excactly what travelers need, A comfort bed, clean linen, ample room size, good TV imagery, with hot showers and mini bar that you can stock up your own drinks and chilling items.
My only complaint was that the hotel needed to provide a clean towels for guests. The towels I had was flimsy thin, dated 2011, and it comes with stain and I honestly could not diffentiate the floor mat vs towels if there were all place together.The color of the towels is more towards the brownish than white. If the linens can be washed with a spanking white result, why not the towels? The towel emitted the unpleasant odor when wet, meaning to say, the towels are not properly sanitised and this is not a way to welcome a guest, by reaping the profit and not looking into this area of comfort. I ended up buying my own towels for my personal hygiene.
No toothbrush were given and there were not for sale at the front office. Holiday Inn Express with the rate I was paying in India with get me the complete amenities and white towels.

Apology from the manager is expected on tripadvisor but I do like to see the swift action taken and I encourage the visitors to look into the towel issue when checking into this hotel and voice out.
