Stayed at 2nd floor facing a restaurant, we are okay with the noise from the restaurant even we slept with windows opened as the shop starts business for breakfast, and we already woke up and get ready for the day.
The room is small but more than enough for sleeping and resting purpose. Water heater, TV and electric water boiler provided, hair dryer available on deposit.
Located in the centre of Brinchang Town, walking distance to night market (pasar malam) and Cactus Valley and Strawberry Farm.
For around RM120 on weekends and around RM68 on weekdays, there is nothing much to complain about.

Room Tip: Pick room on lower floor if you mind climbing stairs (no lift). Rooms at higher floor might have lo...

Was traveling with group of friends to Cameron Highlands, booked room in this hotel. Our room included 3 connected queen-size beds (like one big sleeping surface) on the top floor. In the corner above the bed there was huge water bowl. While taking a nap after checking in, heard water drops falling on the bed regularly. Was just going to go down and ask administrator to fix it (as it's annoying to sleep like this, plus corner of the bed was becoming wet). The very next moment there was a weird sound coming from the bowl and then suddenly huge stream of water bursted out.. Barely could save the belongings which were on the bed under it. Some electronic devices were wet anyway - laptop, phones and bags with clothes as well. First the water was cold but in a minute the boiling stream was coming out! The room turned into sauna. Stuff came and were kinda slow to help it. They were exchanging buckets of water filled every 30seconds but couldnt close the pipe for quite long time. In the end what they said can do is let us stay in another apartment in Tanah Rata for one night (but we booked this one for two) as it's full and expensive. The attitude was horrible. We had most of all our clothes being wet, electronic devices as well, we could be sleeping at that time and get burnt with that boiling water stream.. We tried to claim to get some cover charge for our 'inconvenience', if not to say more, but they were quite indifferent. At least we got another place for two nights, finally. But the feeling of holiday was spoilt. Plus it was a real danger being there, we could be seriously injured. Just a matter of luck. Plus alot of time wasted on handling the issue and having our belongings being out of use. Hope it helps other travelers when choosing place to stay. Some pictures can see attached.

I stayed there again in may this year this time i stayed at the brinchang location. i stayed on the 2nd floor facing the town. the room was small and average.toilet is clean but basic. don't expect any fancy stuff.then again for rm 120 during weekend rate at camerons its one of the cheapest around. steamboat just downstairs the hotel. I think taking the apartment is a better bet provided you have a car.

We took rooms B42 & B43. At RM240 for both, we get attached bathroom with heater that isn't working. B43 was really bad compared between the 2 rooms. The shower head doesn't dispense water like it should. Both rooms carpet and comforter has stale smell on it. Room is facing a restaurant and a mosque so it is noisy throughout :-(

Definitely not going to stay there again.

THERES NO SHOWER HEAD, they use a paint bucket as a pail which was mossy and i had to wash it with the no shower head hose, wobbly double bed, broken tv table(the middle plank came off. We use it as a table in bed)haha!

And as a double room, arent there suppose to b 2 glasses instead of 1 glass? Have to deposite rm5 for each thin unabsorbable towel. The furnite was nice to see but ive thrown better. Toilet mat was wet when we enter. Parking was terrible as it was in the centre of brinchang. Oh ya, the + side was it is in the middle of brinchang. Dats all.

For rm98 on weekdays, we even checked out and went to eight mentigi guest house for rm60 on weekends rates. And they have shower head.

We spent 5 days in Cameron Highlands, slept 4 nights in Chua Gin block A, newly renovated and very clean and a nice balcony!
Good service, nice, friendly people that work here! Paid only 60RM/night defenetly worth it!

i was there from 3rd sep to 5th sep 2011 we rented an apartment at heritage which apparently also belonged to the hotel owner. what i can say is that the parking was good as it has private car park spaces.there were 3 bedrooms that accommodated 6 of us. the rooms were adequately furnished ,the main water heater were leaking, common room toilet were not that clean the shower curtain is full of mold. the floor of the toilet needs some serious scrubbing. the bedroom is quite dusty that leads to me getting sinus.the sofas in the hall does not have cushion covers.i like the big fridge that they provide.but for the money we paid per person, its better than staying in a backpackers hotel. If you stay here you must not be the fussy type otherwise you will be disappointed. it could be due to the fact that the main hotel is far from the apartment so the manager may not have time to check on the cleanliness etc. location wise its good, its near the main tanah rata town(10 mins walk) n walking distance to father guesthouse.
