I came for the buffet breakfast at asiatique coffee house and i was well greeted by the staff and the manager on duty was very pleasant and helpfull..thank Mr.Fazlee for your wonderful service.
The night before i was in the anjung lounge with my partner and was annoyed by the hostess there which did not greet nor came to take our orders, she was in the bar and the supervisor or captain there wearing a coat and bow was cleaning tables while the staff were relaxing.

We booked my parents into this hotel when we traveled to Seremban for our wedding. We were worried because the reviews on here aren't great, but there aren't many hotels in Seremban to choose from. We found the hotel to be very good, handy location just across from The Lake Garden, excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, Nice swimming pool. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of the hotel.

Booked in here after a shocker at the Klana Resort around the corner. The staff are very friendly and the rooms comfortable (some rooms have the old style TV which are a bit dated and had to have housekeeping come fix mine but the help was prompt). The garden and pool area is very nice and the breakfast restaurant serves a great variety of food and quality good. Again service staff in the restaurant was friendly and attentive. Found the Executive Club floor and lounge on the evening we were checking out so would book Club floor any other return visit. The gym is small and the equipment limited and dated.

Room Tip: If you are not used to the early morning prayer calls get a room not facing the park across the road...

I've stayed twice in this hotel, and was very happy with it both times. The staff is accommodating to my dietary needs (vegetarian) and idiosyncrasies (cafe late served during breakfast etc). The pool is marvellous, with carved rocks reaching into the water, probably 20m long, so enough to swim for exercise. The gym is very small and quite warm, but offers a bike, two treadmills, an air walker, a few free weights, not bad for Asia, really.
The hotel is quiet and offers four different hardness pillows. The mattress is a dream, nice and firm.
The buffet is good, not great, but good, and they make an effort to spice things up over the week.

Room Tip: The nicest rooms are the ones overlooking the pool. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you don...

After reading all the reviews I was worried about this hotel. Having checked in just this afternoon with my wife and two kids I have to say the hotel is just fine. The room is spacious, clean and everything works well. Yes, the tv may be a bit old and small but really, so what. The bathroom is large with a separate shower area and bath. The pool is nice and the waterfall pretty cool as well. I really don't know what everyone seems to be complaining about. The kids are really happy with the hotel and we will see what breakfast is like tomorrow. Seremban is a small town but this hotel is typical of a 4 star in KL - maybe even a bit better. Room is on the eighth floor overlooking the pool and the lake gardens. Very nice.

When I came to live in Malaysia my company put me into this hotel for the first few nights. I arrived jetlagged and feeling alone in a totally new environment. I had three large bags and the large glass entrance door was shut. I struggled to open it with the bags and pull each one inside. No-one offered to help me. I looked around the empty lobby and saw two employees standing behind the desk, watching me and laughing and doing absolutely nothing to help. As I am a woman in my fifties I thought that common courtesy should have kicked in, even if they had been poorly trained. After signing in I had to struggle all over again to get my bags into the lift without being slammed in the door. Again no-one helped me. This was my introduction to Malaysia and it wasn't a good one.

Old hotel, nothing special about this place at all. Rooms could really use a refreshing! Fitness room was quite small. Breakfast was good. Not too many choices in this town so might be forced to stay here again.
