When I arrived there for check in, there was only one staff at the reception who's happen to be an intern. All the other staffs were apparently at a meeting. how can they leave an intern to handle everything alone at the reception? nevertheless, the whole team had a meeting at 3pm. which is the hotel's check in time. this is very disappointing.
It took me about 30 minutes to get my room done. all though the date I checked in wasnt a public holiday.
When I got to my room, the room condition was so terrible. there was a blood stain on the bedsheet, so manyy mosquitoes flying around at the balcony(and very dirty too!), broken sliding door on the wardrobe.
Everything was terrible except the pool. the pool was very big and nice. To be honest, staying here is not value for money. although four point's hotel rates is cheaper than most hotels in Langkawi, but the service and hotel condition is terrible. i really hope they can do some maintenance and improve on their service. My advice is that rather than staying at Four Points Langkawi, you might just as well top up some money to stay at Sheraton Resort Langkawi. the place is very beautiful and superb!More
