The evening meal we had was okay - but not memorable. The Fried Noodles were the slipperiest, slimiest and most inedible noodle dish that I have ever had. The sizzling prawns were good, though expensive.

We ate 4 times here during our stay in langkawai. Sweet and sour fish and greens with garlic were delicious. Steamboat one night for two people plenty of food to fill you up. Others lunches. The meals waive red between excellent and quite good so all in all a good experience. Did have any 'live meals" so can't comment on that

Found this place by chance. It is very basic looking - concrete floor with plastic tables covered with red table cloths. The reason we went in there was a lot of Chinese in eating in there. Well we were not disappointed the food was magnificent the sauces that came with each dish was exceptional. It is a restaurant with live tanks and we had the tiger prawns which were great. We were here for seven nights and ate there every night. No pretensions just really good food. They also sell beer if you want one.

Both of us, had our dinner there last week. Ordered the tom yam soup, prawns with spices, fried seabass fish with soya sauce and oyster egg omelette. Overall, not bad. Service is okay... and value for money...

We've ordered 5 dishes and none of the dishes taste good. The Stir fried vege is not fully cooked, the fried squid obviously has been re-fried for few times and hard to chew, the tom yum soup tastes like MSG soup , the tofu stew doesnt season properly , especially the steam fish is not fresh and smell like dead fish!! The dead fish smell remained in our mouth even after HOURS of drinking
