There are a lot of steps to get to the waterfall, hence be sure your fitness level is moderate. I went up to the highest peak (about 600+ steps) just about less than 3 month after a hip fracture and I made it. So can you :) There are proper steps with wooden railing by the side for one to hold as you walk. Pretty famous waterfall so expect some crowd (not that bad, so no worries). Upon reaching the top (the seven wells apparently) one can actually take a walk (About 45 minutes) into the woods to a mineral reservoir where the scientist does their natural water testing. But there won't be any guide, so follow the trail, the marks and take some risk! All best and have a great time :)
