“Strategic and value for money”
Reviewed November 24, 2013

We had 2 rooms on the 23 Nov 2013. Hotel is within walking distance to major shopping malls (Aeon, Giant, Tesco etc), bus stops (to the connecting buses to Singapore) and many good eating outlets. Reception staff was helpful and pleasant. Rooms were well-kept and functional, although the bathroom was rather small. There was also a security guard on duty at night. Highly recommended for short stay.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights in the mid of november for our trip to the Legoland parks and Puteri Harbor park. We chose the hotel as it was near to the location of our objective. The staff were friendly and helpful. We took a family room ( 1 large bed, 1 single bed ). The room was comfortable, the toilet was clean. TV was okay, with free channels with the Singapore TV channels clearer than Malaysia TV channel. Aircond was good :) which was very important for us. Our room did not have a clothes cabinet and a small table, so our clothes were kept in our bag. Also, breakfast is optional, which can be bought at the hotel counter. Other than those 2 things, it is a good place to stay, especially if you are going to the theme parks. Please do remember that the hotel is located at Bukit Indah, which is on the outskirts of JB. It is about 15 minutes car trip to JB and 20 minutes trip to the theme parks.

Budget price hotel in a very good location.
Just walking distance to restaurants and shopping mall. The hotel was quite new. Small but descent room size and cleanliness. There might not be sufficient parking sometimes as theres alot of shops around. Around 20mins drive to Legoland. Its a good choice for short stay.

I have nothing but praises for this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised that they have hotel rooms that are as cheap as room prices of guesthouses in Singapore.

Their staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location is perfect as it is just a walk away from malls and the bus stop for buses from Singapore.

We stayed at Princeton Hotel for 2 nights. We arrived aroun pnd 2am from Changi Singapore Airport and the receptionist is very attentive and expecting us to check in that morning. I like our room..it Is Superior room with King Size bed. I like the softness of our pillow..The staff are friendly and very accommodating.

One good thing on this hotel is the location..it is very close to TESCO mall and Aeon Mall. only 10 minutes to Legoland by taxi. All in all our stay at Princeton Hotel is good. Very safe to walk in the middle of the night.

I had bad experienced stayed in this hotel. I stucked in the bathroom for more than 15 minutes. The bathroom's lock was broken easily. Luckily I stayed with my friend and got immediate helped from them. I wondered what's happen to me if I stayed alone. I believe the hotel need improvement to install a better lock to prevent this happen. Install a phone system in the bathroom also might be a good idea if this issue happen to guests. Good thing about this hotel is the location near malls and 20 minutes away from Lego land by car.

My family of 3 (2+1 child) stayed in the Superior King room; a king-size bed, a bedside table, a dressing table with cushioned chair, a wall mounted tv, a single long pane rectangular window and an ensuite bathroom with rainshower. Bathroom had 2 small bars of round soap, 2 toothbrushes, 2 sachets of shampoo and 2 sachets of body foam. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure from the rainshower, the sink tap and toilet flush was very strong (thumbs up for that!). This hotel does not have a non-smoking room. I bought an air freshener from Jusco due to a slight smell in the room. The hotel did inform us when we checked in that you can inform them if the room has got cigarette smell but I chose to buy a fragrance that suits my family. The aircon was pretty noisy but as the bed was very comfy, we fell asleep pretty soon nonetheless.
All in all, our 1 night stay was good (well-rested) and definitely worth the price! Having a smiley, patient and friendly front-desk staff further enhanced the experience.
*You can find many food establishments behind and near the hotel if you go explore the shophouses.
