Hello Kitty was just spread over 1 floor. The entrance fee was RM85 (For Malaysians. Non Malaysians pay a different rate).
You get to visit the famous cat's pink self themed home. See Kitty and Daniel dance and sing. The rates includes self DIY activities of nail painting, cookie decorating, jewelry making and costume dress up. Besides the cookie being in the shape of Kitty herself, the kids expected the nail painting and jewelry accessories to at least be Kitty themed. Instead it was very generic offerings.
The next 2 floors incorporate Barney, Pingu, Bob the Builder and Angelina Ballerina themed activities. With scheduled selected character appearances and a mini theme park with rides for the little ones. Nothing to shout about.
Crowd control was bad. Staff have no concept of managing que-cutters and rude visitors who often are non-english speakers. Even for a local like myself, i had trouble understanding the sing song instructions dished out in local accented english! But kudos to staff for patiently having to repeat activity instructions.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside. But there are a few small caves offering food at premium prices of course.
Hello Kitty fans will love the merchandise store for its array of cute but pricey souvenirs.
