Book 3 rooms at this hotel for a weekend trip. Good location surrounded by three big shopping centre all within walking distance. Clean room with good price. Great for self drive Singaporean. Easily reach by 2nd link. Car can park at hotel basement so its very safe.

Room Tip: As for a twin room if you want a nice sleep and not disturb by your partner or room mate.

I stayed at this hotel for a week at the beginning of May on a business trip and as a lone female traveller on her first trip to Malaysia have to say that I was greeted warmly by the front of house staff and particularly the young lady who greeted me every morning for breakfast. Despite other reviews I felt that the room size was more than adequate, and although I agree that perhaps the hotel could have provided more tea and coffee in the room, this was not a major concern and the household staff more than made up with the supplies of toiletries - I had them stock piled in the bathroom in the end. The plus side of staying in this hotel is definitely the location next door to the shopping mall as there are ample restaurants if you tire of the hotel food, although I have to say that the dishes provided in the bar were absolutely fine. This is not a five star hotel and it doesn't claim to be but for a short business stay it's good value for money with a warm welcome.

We stayed at this hotel during one of the long weekends in August (Hari Raya or something like that ) and the hotel was fully booked by people from both Singapore and Malaysia. We booked a deluxe and junior suite and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff had problems coping with the breakfast crowd (just too many people eating too fast and food could not be replenished fast enough) but they kept up a good attitude nevertheless.
The breakfast spread was impressive for what we paid for the hotel - the usual eggs, assortment of cold cuts, fruits, bread and pastries and local delights. We were not expecting much as we did not pay much for our stay...but what we got definitely surpassed our expectations. They provide free wifi in the room (a big plus). You can buy groceries at Aeon next door, but please note, the fridge in the room is NOT cold enough to store milk or similar things. Fruit juice can probably keep, but certainly not milk or fresh coconuts from Aeon (we tried both).
The housekeeping / maintenance people can be very very busy at night so if you are in need of essentials like a warm blanket, do request earlier in the day.

The hotel is quite recent and quaintly located in the city suburbs. The rooms are bit small and the layout seems a bit tight for Moslem to do prayers. The lifts were a bit slow and the lobby areas seems to give a feeling on the lift lobbies of the 1970s. The breakfast buffet needs much more improvement in taste...

Room Tip: Don't do the 3rd floor... You could hear the band from the pub somewhere down stairs an night.

I had a chance to stay into this good hotel during business trip. Clean, quite and well equiped hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Very good food and you have a choice - local or international!Even for us - the Europeans was really very good!If you don't like - McDonald's was just 50m from the hotel :)!
Location is somehow central and very close to big shopping mall - just cross the street.
Own parking underground garage, free WiFi with good signal everywhere in hotel. Very good sleeping quality which gave me a good start to my next day after long flight from Europe.

In the end - I just can say that this is recommended hotel from my side ...

We stayed 4 nights with young children. Room was small but clean, modern and well equipped (good wi-fi connection). Bed comfortable and lovely soft sheets/bed linen. Buffet breakfast for western food was poor but the Nasi Lemak was very tasty. TV also caters more for Asian travellers with mainly Singaporean and Malaysian channels although they did have Fox Sports and Discovery. Location is excellent for families with Aeon/Jusco across the street and local restaurants around the back (right next to MacDonalds also). Free parking was great.

Negatives? Housekeeping should pay more attention to detail - 1st night bath mat not replaced, 2nd night coffee and tea not replaced, 3rd night toilet paper not replaced & final night room not cleaned at all! Had to ask reception to arrange room cleaning at 6pm at night! Shower did have mould but this is a common problem in tropical asian countries and difficult to treat! Bathroom also had a foul smell from pipes every day. But overall room was very clean and modern and we would definitely stay again.

Room Tip: Ask for room facing Aeon - the other side faces a construction site for large high rise building. Bu...

I have stayed here since March 2013. In the beginning, the hotel was disappointing, but through cooperation with the management, the hotel service is steadily improving. The hotel has hired a new chef that has international training and brings new flavor and style to the food in the restaurant. The housekeeping department has improved its consistency. This property does not have a pool, which is not a big concern for me. There is a spa with massage, sauna, steam room and small gym on the second floor. The Quando Quando bar had nightly entertainment in the Rythmix band that plays songs from the USA, and other countries as well. The location is excellent for shopping, as the Aeon mall is across the street. There is also a 24 hour McDonald's right next door to the hotel. However, you will have to eat your food outside of the hotel, as they don't allow outside food inside the hotel. Remember that this hotel opened in December of 2012 and is still in its infancy. Work with the front desk manager to iron out any problems that may occur. To dispel one review I read on Trip Advisor about the hotel parking lot - I am driving a Toyota Hilux 4x4 pickup truck and I have absolutely NO problem negotiating the basement parking lot. There is no real danger of hitting corners with your vehicle as was posted in another review.
