We stayed there for one night to go to the Outlet for the benefit that they have a free shuttle to the outlet.

so it was a good stay, the rooms are really BIG and HUGE beds, bathroom clean and good size with all amenities required.
Good for one night max 2 nights stay

Room Tip: Arrange for Johor Outlet shuttle before arriving at the Hotel.

I am currently staying here on business trip. Upon entry to the hotel lobby, it's a big change. The dull looking lobby has now became more brighter with new tiles, new reception counter.

Check in was a breeze. Got a room on the 8th floor. Pictures attached. Exiting from the lift, you can't help noticing the wet mushy smell of wet carpet. Smelly !!

Room was nice. A suite with a separate king size bed and a separate sofa area. Bathroom had the usual "death trap" bathtub where you're expected to shower inside. Climbing in and out is dangerous. One wrong slip and it's the end of your life. Make sure to always put the towel on the bathroom floor before ever attempting to climb in.

Other than that, safe box, 40 inches TV, the usual amenities in rooms all provided. The bed area was small. I could not find a place to put my luggage and had to put on floor. NO WIFI provided in rooms. Yeahhh.. no wifi. You have to connect through LAN cable.

Now the Gym - TERRIBLE !! The treadmill both of it was faulty. The belt was faulty. The room area was hot. You totally don't see the gym ambiance. Not even 10 mins and I was out. Oh yes, gym and pool located at 3rd floor. You have to search for the GYM sign carefully cause you'll miss it. I stood near the pool scanning for signs. After 8 pm...eerie feeling and the walkway dark. No lights at all.

Breakfast - Ok la.. cannot say good, cannot say bad. Just medium but less selection.

Massage - from lobby, turn all the way left passing by the coffee house all the way back. RM75 plus 5% for massage at there. if room massage RM 86. Have not tried.

Room Tip: Choose the new wing. Don't go for the old wing. The new wing is after the coffee house and if you stay at the old wing facing the pool, you'll constantly be awaken by the sound of passing trains (REALLY LOUD !!)

as before have no regrets staying here. The service was good. Check in quick, upgraded as they didn't have the room we reserved. Breakfast was excellent. Enough variety for both local & western tastes.

Booked a superior room for two nights stay and was upgraded to deluxe room. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable, more than enough for two of us and our toddler. The toilet is clean, but have to be careful when coming out of the bathtub since the bathtub is quite high from the toilet floor. Our daughter loves the pool (the water was slightly cloudy though). There's a mall beside the hotel selling mainly mobile phone stuffs and clothing (no convenient stalls). The nearest convenient stall is located opposite the mall or if you don't mind walking uphill, you will find a 7-11 stall. There's another shopping mall (KSL) within 10 minutes walking distance. Didn't take the breakfast option as we love to try the local food rather than hotel food, but the dining place does look very grand. Overall very happy with our stay and will recommend to family and friends in the future.

Stayed at the newly renovated wing during Mother's Day weekend. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff that handled my check in, Afiq, was courteous, professional and efficient. The other staff at this hotel were mostly professional and welcoming as well. I walked over to the older wing, just to take a look, and I am very glad I got to stay at the new wing.

Room Tip: ask to stay at the new wing
