Drove to the hotel, dropped my wife and baby at the hotel drop off/lobby for check in as i need to attend to some business urgently and i was already late.
I need to come down and get all the luggage out myself.
There is one stroller, one luggage bag, and 2 hand carry bags.
and my wife need to carry our child.
No help from hotel staff. Saw 2 bellboys busy talking and laughing to each other. Another Security personnel just looked at us. I went to the car and approached the security personnel, told him my wife needs help, can get help for her or not? He just asked me to drive away like im blocking the way or something. What type of service is this? and then my wife informed me that even staffs inside the hotel saw her struggling with the luggage and nobody was instructed to help her. NO, that time the hotel is not busy, only one guest at the reception. This is unacceptable service. even lower ranking hotels can provide better service than this. Why are you hiring service staff for? to ignore guests? if we havent paid for the hotel, and this is the first impression we get as soon as we get there, do you think we would want to stay? and do you think i will return?
Perhaps i should drop off my wife and baby in a Ferrari, maybe then i can get some service. Maybe normal cars like mine, our money is not worth their service.
