Temple looks beautiful with all the glasses glinting with bright shine. It looks more like a museum than a temple. I have been staying in Johor for the past 8 years and i have seen the temple transform.
DOWNSIDE:
The road connecting to the temple is bumpy, and in rainy times your car and your feet will be covered in mud. There are no signage to enter the road leading to the temple. You might just miss it. Road & Signage needs upgrading

Had it been promoted wisely and properly this temple can attract many more tourists.

Hard to find and does not look much from outside, but it is quite beautiful inside, worth the visit for sure! Spent about 20 minutes there.

I am generally a positive person but I cannot stop from attaining to the negative of this place. And I am a Hindu so PLEASE do not get religious with me. I have my mother for that. I am writing as bad as I can here so that the Temple Official will take into consideration the seriousness. If anybody has the contact number or email address of the Top Management, I want to give him/her a piece of my mind.

i) Location
Poor, no no Extremely Ridiculously Poor. Cmon a partially tar road small enough for 2 vehicle leading to the temple. Luckily Trip Advisor is a respectful site if not very colorful words will be excreting from me.
If your a not a local Johor, do not drive, take a cab (Stay in Mutiara Hotel & pay around RM10) You aint gonna find the place eventhough it is 5 minutes drive. Why? You will be finding some big great opening instead you will find some lame road leading to one of the most breath taking temples in the world.
ii) Temple
Great Superb and Beautful - No questions about it. The view makes you stop on your tracks and appreciate a centimeter change of view as different view provides different beauty.

iii) Marketing of 1st Glass Temple in the World
Poor, no no Extremely Ridiculously Poor. No I take it back, It is non-existent. Competing to the Petronas Twin Tower, A-Famosa this is laughable and not in the nice way. Why is there no grand entrance for this temple. It is a temple/ tourist attraction. Once it is an international tourist attraction, it is the temple official's responsibility to ensure that people from all over the world visit it and appreciate the beauty.

And to think I drove from KL just to see this place.

How dumb a Malaysian I am

Note: If there was a rate worse than terrible I would have picked it.

It's worth a visit for the inside but you can't take photos. The outside is was nothing special and tourists are charged MYR10 to enter.

Wow, this Temple really is a must for anyone travelling to Johor Bahru. Won't go into too much detail, that would only spoil the marvel that awaits you. But the complete interior of this temple is glass. It truly is a marvel.
