Not as I expected. Nothing much to do. Has a small amusement park with rides for kids. A couple of stalls and restaurants. Took a small train ride around the park. Had dinner at Grand Bayview seafood restaurant. It has a huge lobster at the entrance of the restaurant. Food was delicious.
Enjoyed the night breeze.

Recently upgraded and facelift shows some of public-friendly and tourist spot. Eateries available while chatting with fren and colleagues, playground with mini theme park cater mostly for children, lights for the boats and the surrounding area uplift the fresh n happy-go-lucky mood.

Had dinner and drinks at a new outlet here called "Cheers". Best lamb and sausages I've tried in Malaysia. Brought my wife here and the waterfront ambience is unparalleled.

Not exactly the cleanest place nor the classiest but I guess it's one of the better places in Malaysia.

We went there on a Sun night. It was heavily promoted in JB. Many signboards for visitors to follow. However, I don't think we will follow up with another visit. Once seen is enough. The mall was not open and the whole place looks kind of not happening. But this is in a way good as there were less crowd. We hired a 4-seater bicycle to tour the place. The rent is RM39 for 45 mins. Expensive yes but we were sure our 2 kids would have got bored if we didn;t do the bicycle. The day we went in about 7pm, we were greeted by this screeching noise of motorcycle engines. What we saw was a whole bunch of motorcyclists were showing off their riding skills by going round and round the car park zone. People actually stopped to watch them.

Other things to see and do are the view of the Tebrau Straits, dining by the Straits, watching ferry cruise docked at the jetty, games at the amusement park and some replica of the Stone Henge. Since we were there at night the place was cooling and looked colourful with plenty of lights. The pet zoo was however closed. There is no fee to enter Danga Bay but you need to pay to play the games.
