On a business trip and was booked into the 'newest' hotel nearest to office. Was told that this was an abandon project since the financial crisis before being revived in 2009.
Location was average. Within walking distance to Plaza Pelangi and loads of specialist clinics if you needed medical attention. XD.
The much talked about foodcourt could be viewed from room window but didn't try that out as was out with colleagues in more comfortable settings.
Room has ample space and amenities. Wifi provided free but signal could be erratic. Had a blackout at night which woke me up thinking I was in a sauna. Calls to maintenance to fix drew slow response.
Breakfast was good with ample choice and refills. Loads of Korean tourists who were not so well mannered barging their way around, reserving countless tables for their yet to wake up comrades and speaking at the top of their voices.
Staff were either ill trained or lack pride in their work. They were either unsure of themselves or the hotel's services or were speaking in a tone that put the message across as you owe them big time for having taken them away from their gossiping. They lack courteous and prefer to chat among themselves. Coffee house waiter helped himself to the breakfast in full view of guests and ate at the bar counter openly. Does not greet guests except for the concierge.
