Beautiful location, spacious & spotless room, divine & diverse restaurant -- so why only 4 circles? The hotel staff fell short in several respects: uncaring, rude & almost hostile. But the all-female restaurant staff made up for it-- they were truly warm & welcoming!

This hotel is situated at the wide bay. Rooms are in a modern style, comfortable and spacious. We had a larger premium room with a terrace and a little garden. Everything was fine: sitting room, small kitchen, bedroom, but there is no WiFi and even at the reception the signal is too weak.
Best thing however is the restaurant overlooking the bay. Food is absolutely delicious and service is very friendly. The restaurant terrace is a lovely place to be at all times of the day.

Room Tip: Opt for a premium room at the seaside with a garden.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel. Quiet and very well decorated room with a great view of the sea. Food at the restaurant was delicious, specially seafood. Service was 5 exceptional. Town is just within a walking distance from the hotel. I had a great time there and I'll definitely be back

Loved this hotel. Very modern for Madgascar. Fabulous location right by the coast but only a couple of minutes walk from the main street. Very peaceful rooms, lovely decor and an good restaurant with a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. We felt extremely well cared for although the staff were unobtrusive, despite the many gardeners called in to water the green gardens. Would certainly stay here again.

Pos - Very clean, very well run, nice people.
Pos - Walk to town and restaurants
Neutral - no restaurant
Neg - the great rooms on the sea had poor wifi, the lesser rooms a bit further away (sea glimpses) had great wifi.
Stay Again - yes.

Room Tip: the suites overlooking the water are beautiful

Excellent location for the hotel with a terrace view on the sea although the beach has nother particular. The area is very quite but you can reach the center quite rapidly and easily. The rooms are confortable and quite big in the perspective of local standard. The restaurant is also good and proposed various choices of typical malagasy food. Good place to stay in order to discover the nearby region.

Great property with decent restaurant. Staff is very eager to please. If you don't speak french, the staff will do their best to speak English. Don't go here expecting an amazing beach. The hotel sits waterfront on a bay. To get to the amazing beaches, you'll need to catch a taxi to Ramena then catch a sail boat to the small islands. The front desk can set this all up for you. The cost will be 50,000 ariary for the taxi and another 50,000 per person for the boat ride to the small island which includes a nice 3 course malagasy meal on the island. the sailboat crew actually drops you off at the island then catches and prepares fresh seafood for you. This was the most amazing experience I had while in Madagascar. Airport transfers can be set up through the hotel as well. I would suggest doing that rather than dealing with the characters at airport. I would also highly recommend that you constantly reconfirm your flight info, Air Madagascar changes there flight times without any notice to passengers.
