I have stayed at a number of Marriott hotels around the world and I can honestly say that this stay was very comfortable. The staff was always accomodating and helfpful. The lounge on the 15th floor was always very clean and presentable and the young lady working there was very helpful and pleasant. My room was extremely comfortable and well-maintained and the housekeeping staff were kind and considerate.

I will be returning to Kuwait several more times over the next year and plan to stay at the your hotel for all of my future trips.

The staff in this hotel is very friendly and personable. The rooms were very clean. Recommendations for improvement would be flat-screen, hi-def televisions in each room (a renovation that is underway, but not finished yet) and room windows that were cleaned regularly on the exterior. There is such expansive views from the rooms, its a shame that the windows were filthy. Aside from that minor issue, this is an exceptional hotel. Rumor has it that the nice Italian restaurant located near the lobby, the Il Forno, is closing and there are plans to open an Indian restaurant there. That would be a shame, since the best Indian restaurant in Kuwait is located within one block. The gym and spa are very nice here, too.

Well I usually stay at the hotel each time i visit Kuwait and was never dissatisfied, however this time i have to say i was disappointed with the TV placed in the room, its too old, even the picture is not right and needs to be changed asap.
Then i wanted to have something from the mini bar and opened to see it all empty. Felt weird as if the room was not given to anyone for a long time.
Anyway thats my luck with that room and i hope they fix the issue (for hotel ref its room 618).

The whole experience was just spotless, from getting picked up from the airport to drop off was just fantastic. I must say I was mostly impressed with the driver who drove me back to the airport, i think his name was Salim, I have never seen anyone passionate about his job like this guy, when we left the hotel, it almost felt like within two minutes we were at the airport, he was quite a nice guy to have a chat with, from business to culture and life.
