“A lot to see in a small, pleasant and very popular area.”
Reviewed May 29, 2012

This near-central park is somewhere we all go. Small but a lot to see and do-- main drawback is a shortage of benches, so bring something to sit on. Amazing church, memorial, cannons, camels and horses to ride, flocks of pigeons, and people-watching.

“Nice park to hang out”
Reviewed May 5, 2012

In the middle of the city, this is a small oasis to relax for an hour or so. Unfortunately, it may be hard to find a seat, as everyone else seems to like it, too :) Nonetheless, absolutely worth a visit.

“Lovely experience”
Reviewed April 24, 2012

Absolutely brilliant. Serene. Ideal if you have your loved one by your side. Even if not, just soak in the atomosphere and spent an hour or so to enjoy the place. Ideal time to visit is in the evening. try to find out the timing of Fountain before going. I was told it is wonderful.

An OK park if you like to enter a time-zone change backwards of several decades.

“peaceful and tranquil location”
Reviewed March 19, 2012

its an odd thing to see people who just got married going to a war memorial to have their photos taken but its a nice place in springtime when its in bloom for all of that it represents
