The hotel is very clean and quiet with usually pleasant staff however there are some odd quirks. For example it was very hot on the day that I arrived but my air conditioning didn't work. Reception sent the engineer immediately who informed me that the air con was not turned on as it was not summer! When he suggested that I that I should open the window I pointed out that was where the heat was coming from. I then tried to take a shower but the hot water was off - when it eventually returned (after 1.5 hrs not half an hour as reception had assured me) the water was the colour of coffee and actually left a stain in the tub - so I would have been dirtier after my shower than before (!). The food at breakfast is very unimpressive and ordering room service is quite a complicated process requiring 3 phone calls and intense consultation at the end of the line (I had ordered soup and a beer). So perhaps I was expecting too much. But as I said - the room was quite and the bed clean and comfortable.

I was stay in this hotel for 4night. We was 6people in three rooms. Room was good and also spacious . But when night seen was very horrible. Girls visit in flor corridor some security officer was also involved. when i m door open. many ladies one room to other room going. this was very bad. I request to hotel management please make a systematic plan this thing don’t disturb to other. now i m talk about breakfast. that time I think more than 50 Indian stayed in this hotel but breakfast was not as per Indian. no any single indian dish was available in breakfast. I request to hotel management please arrange some Indian dishes when more Indian group stay in your hotel.

I loved everything about my stay at the Best Western Plus Atakent Park Hotel - the location, the service, the food, the facilities - I could not be happier about my stay and will definitely use this hotel again!
