A bit hidden away from the main restaurants streets, this restaurant can boast with seafood with great taste. Since Kazakhstan located very far from seaside, it is hard to find good seafood, but this place make their best to provide the customers with fresh variety of fish.
The cooks and waiters are the serbian guys who make their best to help the customers with food choice and the way it cooked. I would recommend to get "home-made potatoes" as a side dish.
The interior of the restaurant is not very sophisticated. Usually, the place is not very crowded, so you will not have any issues with the seating there. The average bill was about 7000 KZT (~$50 USD) per person.
I would go there to enjoy delicious food, but it is not really a party-like, lounge-type place.
