I stayed here for 6 nights on a business trip. The complimentary breakfast was fine, but doesn't change so after 6 days I was glad not to have to eat there again. It includes concentrated juices, coffee, teas, yoghurt drinks, 4 cereals, a limited selection of bread, samosas, mayonaise type salads, cheese and meat platter, potatoes, scrambled eggs, crepes, porridge, a thin chicken broth, pastries, fruit and jams. Pick a room on the upper floors where it is quieter. The rooms have free wifi good for 24 hours so you have to go to the reception desk and get a new password every day. The wifi is slow. The hotel is in walking distance (10 minutes) of the tsum (central shopping center) and there are plenty of cafes, fast food, and shopping in the area. Just in front of the hotel is a private hospital just in case... There is a decent sized pool and exercise center and decent coffee in the little cafe near reception. As others have mentioned, the bed was like a cement slab which I thought was funny because there is a sign that you can choose from a list of 6 different kinds of pillows. All in all, it wasn't great, but it was fine for a business trip.
